Scialo Bros. Bakery

I stopped into this bakery to get some snacks for the road. As soon as I entered, the cakes told me that I had entered a serious bakery. On the way back to my car I started to eat the cookies I'd purchased and was so impressed that I returned to buy some more to give as gifts. While I was buying more cookies I was informed that Scialo Brothers Bakery has been open since 1916 at this same location. I asked if they still had the original ovens; they do and not only did they let me take photos, they turned on the ovens and took me upstairs to see their formidable dough roller.
